Key Responsibilities:

<li>Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for each client.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Massachusetts.</li>
<li>Experience working with pediatric populations is required.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and team members.</li>

About the Role:
This is a full-time primarily remote role for a Behavioral Health Care Manager. The Behavioral Health Care Manager is a core member of Revere’s collaborative care team, providing care management and acute therapeutic interventions for high risk members; collaborating with community, state agency, and hospital care teams; and ensuring quality care delivery through member-centered care. 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience working in a post-acute care environment strongly preferred. </li>
<li>Knowledge of community supports and resources, and have ability to learn and adapt to new programs and initiatives </li>
<li>Ability to assess for safety and implement safety/crisis planning </li>
<li>Ability to learn and use multiple medical record systems across platforms in a high paced and self-directed environment </li>
<li>Possess interpersonal and clinical skills to engage members and families in therapeutic relationships. </li>
<li>Able to cope with the pressure of time limitations while respecting the needs of the member, and the requirements of the organization/department.</li>
<li>Ability to solve problems while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues; able to use reason, even when dealing with emotional topics. </li>
<li>Ability to perform a wide variety of care management tasks and change focus quickly as demands change, managing transitions effectively from task to task. </li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>At least 2 years of experience in behavioral health care management and/or acute behavioral health care focusing on outpatient/inpatient utilization, case management and discharge planning </li>
<li>At minimum, a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Rehabilitation, or other relevant field </li>
<li>Licensed in one of the following: LICSW; LCSW; LMHC; LMFT; RN with behavioral background</li>
