<li>Procurement – use enterprise systems to purchase and receive goods. Process and prepare invoices&nbsp;to support AP/AR functions. Reconcile month end finances.</li>
<li>Assist in preparation of annual operating budgets and perform regular analysis of capital and&nbsp;operational budget performance.</li>
<li>Monitor, track and record data to support accurate and timely reporting of utilities, waste and&nbsp;various other metrics.</li>
<li>Assist in administration of Work Order Management system to track work requests, work details and&nbsp;associated labor and materials required to complete tasks.</li>
