As a Physical Therapist, you provide patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment and consultation to a general rehab caseload while also participating in the clinical team process.  Education &amp; Experience:

As the Unit Manager, you are responsible for the 24-hour coordination and management of resident care activities, unit operations, and nursing personnel on a designated nursing unit or shift in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long term care facility.
