SOSi is actively seeking a Site Operations Supervisor to support our customer’s mission and provide overall management for the provision of care and services at Overflow Emergency Overnight Shelter site(s) in Massachusetts.
Essential Job Duties
<ul>
<li>Support the Site Operations Manager and Program Director to stand up, operate, and provide services at the site(s), including managing and communicating with vendors performing construction, janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, food service, transportation, and security services.</li>
<li>Oversee day-to-day operations at the site(s), directly supervising operational and administrative staff in partnership with the Site Operations Manager and Program Director.</li>
<li>Work independently; prioritize tasks, as well as, collaborate with managers and staff within and with other departments.</li>
<li>Ensure a safe and sanitary area for guests and personnel to eat meals.</li>
<li>Ensure the overall safety and security of the guests/participants, employees, and volunteers.</li>
