INTRODUCTION: &nbsp;
The Bishop of Manchester is the visible principle and foundation of unity in the particular diocese entrusted to him.&nbsp; In a unique and visible way, he makes Christ’s mission present and enduring as Shepherd of the Christian Community.&nbsp; In order to fulfill his mission, the bishop employs suitable, chosen collaborators (clerics, religious, or lay people).&nbsp; He shares with them the apostolic mission and entrusts various responsibilities to them.
 
Each position employed in the Diocesan Administration Building helps to extend the ministry of the bishop in particular ways as outlined in the position description.&nbsp; All employees of the diocesan administration assist the Bishop of Manchester in serving the parishes, schools and institutions of the Catholic Church in New Hampshire.&nbsp;
 
The principal appointed to Bishop Brady High School is accountable to the President of St. John Regional School (Prek-8) and Bishop Brady High School (9-12).
 
 
This is a full-time position, reporting to the President of St. John Regional School&nbsp;and Bishop Brady High School, under the Superintendent of Catholic Schools.&nbsp; 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;
The principal serves as the spiritual, educational, and daily operational leader of the high school.&nbsp; The principal is responsible for managing approved policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure that all students are supervised in a safe, traditional Catholic learning environment that meets the approved mission and curricula of the school.&nbsp;
 
Fulfilling the Catholic mission of the school and achieving academic excellence require that the principal work collaboratively to direct and nurture the faculty and staff, and to communicate effectively with local clergy, parents/guardians, and the Catholic Schools Office.&nbsp; Inherent in the position are the responsibilities for scheduling, curriculum development, staff professional development, extracurricular activities, personnel management, budgeting, emergency procedures, and facility operations. &nbsp;
 
Most importantly, the principal must understand, articulate, and promote the mission of a Catholic school, fostering an authentic Catholic culture imbued with a ministry of evangelization and our beautiful Catholic world view. The principal must be committed to the formation of the whole person, including the spiritual, intellectual, social, physical, and moral development of every student.&nbsp;

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator supplies procurement and departmental expense management, managing the group sales phone line, database entry and other tasks assigned by the Director of Sales. The coordinator will support the sales teams' efforts to drive revenue to Sugarbush Resort's lodging properties, food and beverage outlets, and activities and events. This position will work with the Director of Sales to develop additional reporting as necessary. This is a full-time year-round position that pays a starting salary of $55,000/year. RESPONSIBILITIES: 
<ul>
<li>Manage all data quality, reporting requirements, and analytics requests as directed by the Director of Sales and Senior Leadership Team.</li>
<li>Support the Sales Team in all activities related to generating revenue across all sales channels for Sugarbush Resort's lodging properties, food and beverage outlets, and activities.</li>
<li>Oversee the development, organization, and procurement of sales and marketing collateral</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Marketing Department on website, social media, and digital content needs.</li>
<li>Assist in writing and editing copy for promotional materials with guidance from department managers.</li>
<li>Support website maintenance by updating events calendars, product descriptions, and related content.</li>
<li>Manage content and listings on third-party platforms (e.g., Meeting Broker API, MPI, NEIRA, CVENT, SendSites) in collaboration with the Sales Team.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support to Sales and Marketing teams, including PO requisitions, purchasing, and other office needs.</li>
<li>Participate in weekly Sales and Marketing Production meetings.</li>
<li>Manage and execute annual consumer ski and trade show events in coordination with the Marketing Department.</li>
<li>Attend monthly Enterprise Delphi Administrator meetings.</li>
<li>Monitor, develop, and improve departmental processes and workflows, including approval processes, validation rules, and other system customizations.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary liaison with the Alterra Mountain Company Business Systems team for guidance, updates, and product implementations.</li>
<li>Oversee project queues and system implementations as assigned by Alterra Mountain Company and Sugarbush Resort management.</li>
</ul>
 QUALIFICATIONS: 
<ul>
<li>BS Degree in Business or a Technology related field desired.</li>
<li>Experience with Salesforce Administration and/or Amadeus Delphi FDC is required.</li>
<li>Understanding of Object-Oriented Database design. Other system proficiencies with Microsoft Office Suite, Reservations Systems (SMS/HOST), POS Systems, and other event management systems preferred.</li>
<li>Must possess strong organization and communication skills, project management knowledge, and be a responsible and self-motivated team member.</li>
