<li>Review new orders following REXAs order process guidelines and clarify the requirements with the customer or channel partner who sent in the order, ensuring the options selected are correct in relation to customer requirements. Clarify with the customer if there are any discrepancies identified.</li>
<li>Organize and coordinate transfer of information from Sales to Engineering to ensure that all design details are included to meet customer specs in full. Resolve any technical issues to ensure successful completion of jobs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to accommodate requests for expediting jobs</li>
<li>Participate in customer and channel partner training classes when required.</li>
</ul>
Education and Experience
<ul>
<li>A bachelors degree in engineering; mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical</li>
<li>Three to 5 years of experience creating technical quotes; industrial automation environment highly preferred</li>
</ul>
Knowledge and skills 
<ul>
<li>Basic knowledge of control valves, actuation, and the process control industry</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation</li>
<li>Basic competency with computer aided design software; Solidworks preferred</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers to drive high customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Project Management experience</li>
<li>Microsoft office proficiency</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment of collaboration</li>
<li>Strong organization and time management skills with flexibility to work in a dynamic environment.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, set priorities, and multitask.</li>
</ul>
 
Working conditions:
Office environment with some exposure to manufacturing activity. No strenuous physical work. Strict compliance with company safety policies. Occasional travel may be required.
 
Pay Range: $73,500 - $122,500, depending on experience
