This will be a part-time position with 376 hours expected, annually. Work will be performed on-site at a Northeast Fisheries Science Center, as well as aboard research vessels in the Northwest Atlantic Ocean, or remotely in coordination with the COR and Project Lead. The contract has a one-year base period and will have up to three (3) 12-month option periods. 
Duties:

<li>Maintaining and enhancing software applications that are used for recording fisheries data, such as the NEFSC FSCS system.</li>
<li>Developing new software applications and/or modules for entering fisheries data into Oracle structures, or for accessing and viewing stored data.</li>

Compensation:

<li>In the spirit of transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $180,000 - $195,000 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at ClearGov, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, interview performance, education and/or experience. Job Summary:
The Warehouse Inventory and Systems Manager leads inventory and IT system functions in the distribution center. This person leads 2 supervisors driving inventory accuracy, quality assurance, and system support excellence. Support functions include but not limited to; WMS/IT, inventory, audit, quality assurance, security, regulatory compliance, etc.
 Additional Responsibilities include:

<li>WMS system software and hardware maintenance.</li>
<li> WMS &amp; SAP system training.</li>
<li> Maintain computer equipment.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li> Lead and support for system enhancements. (i. e., user testing, defining parameters to WMS system.)</li>
<li>Manage annual inventory prep and execution.</li>
<li> Research, investigate and resolve problem freight.</li>
<li> Run weekly reports focused around shrink and quality assurance.</li>
<li> Regulatory compliance.</li>
<li> Audit management for receiving, put to club, tiers, OS&amp;D, and shrink.</li>
<li> Lead overages, shortages, and damages (OS&amp;D) team.</li>
<li> Supervising the recouping and repackaging of damaged merchandise.</li>
<li> Maintain safety compliance in regard to the handling of damaged and recalled merchandise.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Resolve discrepancies between WMS and SAP and provide supporting documentation to explain any variances.</li>
<li> Maintains all DC policies and procedures.</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Warehouse Management System experience.</li>
<li> SAP experience required.</li>
<li> Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li> 3-5 years' experience in Distribution/Transportation.</li>
<li> Ability to work in warehouse environment which includes heat, cold, noise and dust.</li>
<li> Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift and sit for up to 8 hours a day.</li>
<li> Proven computer skills using Microsoft Office applications, Warehouse Management Systems, and SAP.</li>
</ul>
 In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $73,500.00.
