Summary The Shift Leader is responsible and accountable for all restaurant activities while on duty. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

<li>Previous experience and leadership work in specialty retail is preferred</li>
<li>Ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays</li>

<li>Proficient in using Microsoft Office and POS Systems </li>
<li>Ability to work well and be a leader in a team environment </li>
<li>Ability to be mobile on a sales floor for extended periods of time</li>
<li>Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 50 lbs., while utilizing appropriate safety techniques</li>

The Role&nbsp;
The Assistant Manager is an essential member of the store leadership team and a core partner to the Store Manager. The Assistant Manager is an active part of the store operations, customer experience, and employee development. Additionally, they coach and develop all supervisors and associates while contributing to an environment in which all team members are able to collaborate in order to consistently deliver best in class customer experiences.&nbsp;

What You’ll Do&nbsp;&nbsp;

<li>Display best-in-class customer service techniques, build customer loyalty through maintenance of clienteling standards and sales interactions. Ensure that all staff on duty are doing the same&nbsp;</li>
<li>Demonstrate the ability to perform and train staff on all store operations tasks from register to stock room</li>
<li>Ensure cash handling and register procedures are maintained and executed&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure integrity of payroll procedures and store scheduling</li>
<li>Delegate appropriately to ensure efficiency of store operations and to develop team members</li>
<li>Coach and develop retail associates to meet store goals</li>
<li>Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, training and development of all staff</li>
<li>Identify, create, and manage the execution of all store business plans that drive performance results and maximizes business opportunities</li>
<li>Analyze sales reports and data to determine needs of the business and partner in setting strategies to achieve goals</li>
<li>Ability to build customer loyalty; grow and manage clientele</li>
<li>Maintain product knowledge and ensure delivery of this information to staff</li>
<li>Encourage and recognize opportunities for team selling</li>
<li>Understand and exemplify the rag &amp; bone brand philosophy and lifestyle</li>
<li>Work closely with Visual Merchandising and Buying teams to advise on product assortment and displays based on customer demographics and market trends</li>
