Duties:
<ul>
<li>Provide general administrative and clerical support to attorneys</li>
<li>Draft basic legal correspondence, court forms, witness lists, exhibit lists, etc.</li>
<li>File and serve legal papers in courts through physical and electronic filing systems</li>
<li>Maintain calendar of appointments, hearings, and deadlines</li>
<li>Communicate with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel via phone and e-mail</li>
<li>Prepare case files and exhibit binders for attorneys to use at court hearings</li>
<li>Assist with discovery and document management</li>
</ul>
