Job Description Summary The Boys Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire is a dynamic organization that currently supports 200 staff working in 30 Early Childhood and Out of School Time programs with a large geographic footprint. We are seeking a bus driver to transport club members in a safe manner to and from school and club events. The bus driver also conducts thorough pre and post-trip inspections and ensures that the bus is safe, organized, clean, and meets basic sanitary standards. This is a part-time position, approximately four hours a day. Duties

<li>Transports members and staff by driving a 15-passenger bus/van to and from school(s) and to and from special outings/field trips while adhering to driving rules and regulations. </li>
<li>Maintains the safety of the members while traveling by enforcing safety rules.</li>
<li>Maintains good communications with the Boys Girls Club administration; checking in with the Site/Branch Director daily about safety/behavioral concerns. Maintains consistent, punctual, and regular attendance.</li>
<li>Completes daily all pre-and post-trip inspections for safety and security by inspecting and documenting in BGC vehicle logs prior to locking the vehicle and completing the daily shift. Fuels and re-fuel vehicles weekly, as needed. Assists with transporting vehicles for regularly scheduled maintenance as requested.</li>
<li>Maintains a clean bus/van.</li>
<li>Understands and adheres to all organizational policies and procedures in regard to transportation.</li>

As a laboratory school, the Mary Stuart Gile Early Learning Center is a demonstration setting for best practices in early childhood education, with student teachers working alongside staff in classrooms. We are seeking energetic, organized, and experienced early childhood educators to help students grow in the field while providing high-quality, emergent curriculum for young children. We currently have an opening for a full-time Associate Teacher position. Responsibilities
The Department Manager oversees the food service program at a single site, ensuring high food quality standards, inventory management, food safety, and customer service. This role requires adherence to facility menus, federal, state, and local regulations, and HCSG policies to consistently provide quality dining services.

<li>Maintain accurate records of income, expenditures, food supplies, personnel, and equipment while using HCSG computer software..</li>

<li>Communicate directives from client managers, building occupants, and administrators to HCSG staff effectively.</li>

Qualifications

Whether you're just starting out or have years of sales experience, you can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $16,000 a year in individual-based commissions if you hit all your sales goals. Planning to go above and beyond? With our commission program, the opportunities are unlimited for employees who exceed their sales goals. Top performers could make an extra $14,500 or more in individual-based commissions, giving you the chance to earn a total of $65,000+ to $73,500+ annually. What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:

High school diploma or GED.

Requirements A group leader in a school-age program shall be at least 17 years of age, and have one of the following: -Experience working with school-age children, totaling 600 hours; -Documentation of at least 3 credits in child development, education, recreation, or other field of study focused on children, awarded by an accredited college or university; -Documentation that she or he is a certified coach; -Documentation of 5 years of parenting experience; or 
-Documentation form or on file with the department that she or he was qualified and employed as a group leader in a school-age program on or before the adoption of these rules in 2022.

·Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems.
