Job Description Summary The Boys Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire is a dynamic organization that currently supports 200 staff working in 30 Early Childhood and Out of School Time programs with a large geographic footprint.We have an opening for a Front Desk Receptionist to cover an afternoon shift at our Bradley Street location. Responsibilities include: greeting and tracking all visitors/members of the community, answering phone calls, assisting visitors with questions regarding the Boys Girls Club services, and entering all members’ attendance into the computer system. Duties

<li>Accurately enters members into the computer system when members are either entering or leaving the building.</li>
<li>Ensures that all members are being picked up by an authorized individual.</li>
<li>Acknowledges and greets everyone who enters and leaves the club's facilities. </li>
<li>Provides detailed descriptions of Boys Girls Club, member applications, services, facility features, and hours of operations. </li>
<li>Answers the phone promptly and redirects phone requests to the appropriate party.</li>
<li>Assists staff in collecting parent signatures for permission slips.</li>
<li>Handles guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously; communicates parents' finance questions/requests to the Finance Department. </li>
<li>Maintains a clean; safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area. </li>
<li>Must be able to work without direct supervision and remain at the assigned post for extended periods of time. </li>
<li>Understands all safety procedures completely and ensures that they are followed appropriately.</li>
<li>Maintains a positive attitude and contributes toward a quality work environment. </li>
<li>Assists in all areas of the club operation as requested.</li>
<li>Communicates to the Site/Branch Director any and all occurrences involving staff or visitors/parents in the club that require attention.</li>
<li>Participates in administrative staff meetings and trainings when requested.</li>

<li>High School degree or equivalent experience preferred.</li>
<li>Must be detailed-oriented and have the ability to multitask. </li>

Job Description Summary The Teacher is responsible for developing a cohesive teaching team, coordinating the curriculum, and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom. Teachers must understand children's cognitive, social, emotional and physical development in order to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children are actively engaged and encouraged to succeed. The Teacher must be skilled in communicating with both children and adults in order to meet the needs of the children, effectively guide teacher assistants, and resolve parental concerns.
