Job Title: Civil Construction Site Project Manager

About the Role
Deloury Construction is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Construction Site Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale infrastructure and site development projects. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing all phases of civil construction — from design coordination and permitting to execution and closeout — ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
· Plan, direct, and manage all aspects of civil construction site operations.
· Coordinate with engineers, architects, owners, general contractors and subcontractors to meet design and schedule milestones.
· Create and oversee project schedules, budgets, and staffing requirements.
· Maintain compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality protocols.
· Conduct regular site meetings and track progress against established performance metrics.
· Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and change orders.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
· Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience managing civil site or infrastructure construction projects.
· Proven record in managing large multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
· Strong understanding of site grading, drainage, utilities, road construction, and structural concrete work.
· Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
· Proficiency in project management software such as B2W, Vista, MS Project, or equivalent.
· OSHA 30 certification preferred.
· Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP credential a plus.
