- Schedule: Every other weekend, rotating holidays\n
\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

- Active Massachusetts RN license required\n
- Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience\n
- BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)\n
- Ability to complete all facility onboarding requirements (orientation, medication exam, fit test, health screenings, background checks, references, skills checklist, education verification)\n
- Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills\n
\n\nLabor & Delivery Nurse Responsibilities\n

- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to mothers and newborns in the Labor & Delivery unit\n
- Monitor and assess patients throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery\n
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals\n
- Administer medications, IVs, and prescribed treatments\n
- Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care best practices\n
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety and clinical standards\n
