- Active Massachusetts RN license (required for Massachusetts nursing jobs)\n
- Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience\n
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification\n
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification\n
- Epic EMR experience required\n
- Postpartum care experience required\n
\n\nLabor & Delivery RN Responsibilities\n

- Deliver comprehensive patient care in the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit\n
- Monitor mothers and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and recovery\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective clinical support\n
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in Epic EMR\n
- Educate patients and families on postpartum and newborn care\n
- Respond promptly to emergencies and follow hospital protocols\n
