Location: Wilmington, MA (BOS Area)
Salary: $70,000 $75,000 + $500 Monthly Performance Bonus
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site | No Travel Required

Were seeking a Facility Security Coordinator to manage and ensure compliance with the companys Certified Cargo Screening Facility (CCSF) operations under Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations. This position is an ideal fit for veterans, prior-enlisted service members, or law enforcement professionals with strong leadership, administrative, and compliance backgrounds who are ready to bring their expertise to a world-class logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all cargo screeners and supervisors are trained, certified, and in full compliance with TSA and CCSF standards.

  • Conduct both written and electronic assessments of screening operations, documenting findings and corrective actions.

  • Review daily screening logs for accuracy and alignment with airway bills and cargo documentation.

  • Supervise screening activities to ensure adherence to visual examination limits and operational procedures.

  • Monitor CCTV systems for compliance, quality control, and performance verification.

  • Perform weekly internal audits and unscheduled inspections of Designated Screening Areas (DSA).

  • Coordinate and document monthly independent audits in preparation for TSA review.

  • Provide on-site oversight during any CCTV downtime or system maintenance to ensure uninterrupted security operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Preferred Background: Prior military service (NCO or equivalent) or law enforcement experience.

  • Core Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and administrative abilities.

  • Technical Knowledge: Background in Quality Assurance, Safety, Auditing, or Program Management (e.g., 3MC programs) highly valued.

  • Personal Traits: Detail-oriented leader with proactive decision-making, innovation, and strong problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $70,000 $75,000

  • Monthly Bonus: $500 based on performance metrics

  • Paid Holidays: 12 annually
