We are actively recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced IT Project Lead with a strong background in business process automation, data analytics, and IT project management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies and a track record of delivering successful IT and automation projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT and business automation projects from initiation through completion.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define business needs and technical requirements.
- Develop automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Microsoft Lists.
- Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
- Support database-related work including design, data integrity checks, and relational structure management.
- Apply basic AI concepts to enhance workflow efficiency and analytical capabilities.
- Track and report on project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT project management, automation, or analytics roles.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint).
- Strong understanding of business process design and improvement.
- Experience with data visualization, dashboards, and database structure.
- Basic knowledge of AI principles as applied to IT and business workflows.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Compensation Range: $81,000 $120,000 per year
