Clinical Supervisor/Area Manager of Children, Youth and Family Services, HCRS
full time position in a community mental health center in Hartford, Vermont
Responsible for clinical supervision and management of the outpatient staff including psychiatrist, clinicians, case managers, respite program. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years’ experience working with children with emotional and behavioral disorders and have experience with community wrap-around services. Excellent clinical skills, ethics and boundaries. Able to supervise family-focused, trauma-informed practices. (ARC, TF-CBT). Able to multi-task and work calmly in a fast-paced, challenging environment and work as part of a Children’s Division management team. High organizational skills plus skill in EMR. Licensed Practical Nurse - We are looking for an LPN to be a key member of our Developmental Disabilities team providing outreach and education on issues related to physical health, medication management, side effects and other related issues. Based in Springfield, this full-time (37 position will travel locally between our offices in Windham and Windsor counties. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license is required. Position requires Vermont LPN license with developmental disabilities/mental health experience preferred. Please reference position 1030N.
Employment Specialist(s) – Per Diem - Hourly (per diem up to 20 hours per week) positions are currently available in the Springfield, Bellows Falls and Windsor/Hartford areas to provide one-on-one employment support and training for adult people with developmental disabilities. Depending on experience this position could pay $16.00 per hour and including mileage reimbursement. Flexibility, positive attitude, strong organizational and customer service skills are required.
